Descrição:

We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Representative to join our team in distributing pet products and essentials. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop effective marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. This role is key in promoting our product lines, enhancing brand awareness, and expanding our customer base.


Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and reach out to new clients, distributors, and retail partners within the pet product market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and track sales performance.


Marketing and Brand Promotion

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product demand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, including online ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.


Product Knowledge and Customer Support

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the products, including benefits and unique selling points.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to distributors, retailers, and end customers as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about the products.


Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate and present sales and marketing reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Track marketing ROI and evaluate the success of different campaigns.


Events and Networking

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize product launches, workshops, and customer events.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
