Descrição:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account details within the company database.
  • Achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Support inventory management, generate Delivery Receipts (DRs), and provide direct assistance to clients and customers.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist with various operational needs as required to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a sales support or account management role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, and teamwork. Strong analytical, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based
  • Qualities and Traits: Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
