Requisito

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations and MS Office; strong written communication and analytical skills; proficient in data analysis and entry; excellent scheduling and time management abilities; strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions: Office-based with standard hours; may involve some overtime during peak times.
