Descrição:

Plan, implement, and oversee all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and maintain efficient transportation routes and delivery schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Monitor the supply chain to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Evaluate and select carriers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships with transportation providers.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels based on demand forecasts.
Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
Address and resolve any issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, or order inaccuracies.
Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to align logistics operations with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to transportation and logistics.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, including shipping documents, customs declarations, and invoices.
Stay updated on changes in trade policies, tariffs, and import/export regulations.
Implement and enforce safety and security protocols in accordance with industry standards.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS).
Strong knowledge of transportation modes, warehousing operations, and inventory management.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
