Position: Mandarin Client Relations Specialist

Industry: Biggest Contact Center

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule but must be flexible

Salary: Php 120,000

Set-up: Work On-site for 6 months | After the training period it will HYBRID

Responsibilities of Job Application:

  • Mandarin Client Relations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing support in addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify competency gaps and propose improvements.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the resources they need.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training programs to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Support the execution of channel marketing activities, including trade shows, online campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and support activities.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of partner enablement materials.

Requisito

  • Open to Filipino & Fil-Chi who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English
  • Open to Foreign Nationals
  • Open to Undergraduates and Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Having 2 to 3 years in a support or customer service role (B2B environment)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in cybersecurity
