Descrição:

  • The Marketing Staff will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new advertisers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include:
  • * Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including on-air promotions, social media marketing, digital advertising, and local events.
  • * Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new advertising opportunities.
  • * Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their marketing needs.
  • * Public Relations: Manage media relations and public relations activities for the station.

    • Requisito

    * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required

    * Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

    * Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

    * Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    * Passion for radio and the local community.
