Descrição:

  • Proactively source, build, and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in relevant industries
  • Partner with internal teams to design and execute effective KOL engagement strategies
  • Organize and manage KOL-focused events, initiatives, and collaborations
  • Oversee KOL contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of KOL programs, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging KOLs, offering strategic recommendations to enhance outreach and impact
  • Identify, and onboard influencers and KOLs relevant to client campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other digital partners.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to align influencer content with campaign goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with KOLs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis, reporting, and recommendations for optimization.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital PR, or related roles.
  • Experience working with influencers, talents, or creators is a strong advantage.
  • Previous work in a digital marketing agency or start-up is a plus.
  • Has an excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to research, identify, and evaluate potential KOLs for brand alignment.
  • Capable of managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
