The National Operations Head for the poultry industry oversees and manages all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring the efficient and sustainable production, distribution, and sales of poultry products. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and monitoring key processes to achieve organizational goals and maintain quality standards

• From the Food and FMCG Industries 
• Preferably from Poultry Farms and Dressing Plants
• Highly Trainable and the learning curve is shortest
• Must be in their 30's and 40s
• Must be a long-term candidate and has no plans of studying and working abroad now and in the future
• Mature or a right-mix for our current management team
• Must be mobile and in excellent health
