  • E-SY CORPORATION, a leader in the architecture industry, is seeking an Administrative Specialist/Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will enhance organizational efficiency through expert administrative skills.
  • Manage daily office operations and scheduling.
  • Assist in project documentation and coordination.
  • Support team communications and client interactions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
  • Handle correspondence and office supplies inventory.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, scheduling, written communication, organizational skills, help desk support, data entry, analytical skills, and data analysis.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, team player, and adaptable.
