Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors/College Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
• Minimum of 5 years of Management experience in handling restaurant operations
• Strong selling skills, customer service skills, and team handling skills
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Has an experience doing the Local Marketing and reviews SOP

Job Description:

• The Operation Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of the store business objectives such as Sales and Profitability targets, customer satisfaction & Food, Safety and Cleanliness standards; People Management and Development; and Store’s adherence to operating systems.
• Demonstrate high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.
• Knowledge on store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales and profitability.
• People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
