説明
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Maintain employee records and payroll processing systems.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Prepare reports for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with HR on employee-related matters.
- Managing payroll calculations, ensuring compliance, and addressing employee inquiries.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in payroll processing or related areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll operations, computer literate, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with APAC and EMEA languages is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; possibility of overtime during peak payroll periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong analytical skills.
