Descrição:

Supervise pool activities and ensure safety regulations are met.
Monitor pool cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
Assist guests with pool-related queries and concerns.
Enforce pool rules and maintain a secure environment.
Perform regular inspections and maintain accurate logs.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary.
Promote a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: A diploma in hospitality or a related field is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities.
Working Conditions: Outdoor environment, often in varying weather conditions.
