  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address technical inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and RFP responses.
  • Stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in technical support or sales engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of software solutions, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance to sales teams, prepare product demonstrations, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable to changing technology.
