Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, management, and enhancement of web-based applications designed to automate and optimize internal business processes. You will be responsible for translating business and user needs into product requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Experience with HR-related systems or processes is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities:
Product Management & Strategy:
Define and execute product roadmaps for internal web applications, aligning with strategic goals, business requirements, and user needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clearly defined product features and user stories.
Prioritize the product backlog using data-driven insights, stakeholder input, and organizational priorities.
Product Delivery & Execution:
Lead agile delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Clearly define acceptance criteria and validate delivered features against business requirements.
Conduct regular product demonstrations and validation sessions with key stakeholders.
User & Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage regularly with end users and business partners to gather feedback, identify pain points, and suggest improvements.
Utilize feedback loops to continuously enhance the functionality and user experience of applications.
Implementation & User Adoption:
Coordinate internal rollouts and collaborate with stakeholders to support successful adoption of new features.
Create clear documentation and manuals to ensure effective utilization of the applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
1 to 3 years of relevant product management experience, ideally managing web-based applications aimed at automating or optimizing internal business processes.
Prior experience with agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience using agile product management tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
Ability to effectively document product requirements, write user stories, and manage backlogs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with HR processes and systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Talent Mobility, HRIS) is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience optimizing business processes through technology and digital solutions.
