- Assist in scheduling production activities and managing workflow.
- Prepare and maintain production documents, reports, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Support the production team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a production or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in production scheduling, maintain records, and support administrative tasks.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional exposure to production areas.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
