Ensure that all incoming bodega parts, chemical and other supplies are received in accordance to established procedure and standard. Maintain inventory and monitor movement and upkeep item and those under consignment.

Ensure that all parts, chemical and supplies covered with necessary document are issued in accordance to end-user’s requested identify and quantify at the time item is needed. Prepare outgoing receipt/tally-out receipt for item to be pulled-out from the mill or waste to be disposed.

Coordinate with Section Head and/or Team Leader and concerned department should there be any issue toward received items.

• Preferably graduate of BS Engineering or any Business Course.
• With computer proficiency, including MS Office application.
• Proficient in Oral and Written Communication.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
