Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an Admin Assistant to be part of our growing support team.

Responsibilities

  • Compile artefacts/ data / statistic / documents / information in an organized manner as required.
  • Assist in project coordination and tracking of tasks including follow-up with other stakeholders to provide requests on time on a regular basis
  • Monitor issues and help ensure that the team's investigation and resolution are provided and tracked to closure
  • Help in the revisions needed in the document templates
  • Help in the on-boarding of new team members
  • Render general administrative support


Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree holder in any course
  • Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks across various projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fast learner, analytical, methodical and well-organized
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Can adapt to changing shift schedules
  • Current regular shift 6:00 AM 3:00 PM 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Adhoc shift based on need 3:00 PM 12:00 AM 10:00 PM 7:00 AM
  • Contract employment for 6 months
