Descrição:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular inspections and report on project progress.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving during construction phases.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project supervision.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in design management, project planning, and problem-solving.
  • Working Conditions: Site visits in various weather conditions, adherence to safety protocols.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communicator, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
