Descrição:
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and oversee quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Assist in site planning and material management.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in site engineering or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Industrial Space Design, CAD, SketchUp, layout applications, Gantt chart software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork at construction sites, with potential for extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
