Primary Duties/Functions:

• Supervise daily engineering, housekeeping, maintenance, and security operations.
• Conduct annual audits to assess facilities, equipment, and machinery for improvements.
• Manage third-party service providers (janitorial, security, pest control, etc.) and ensure contractual compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise personnel, monitoring performance regularly.
• Prepare and secure approval for the building operating budget.
• Review and update manuals and guidelines for operations and tenant fit-outs.
• Ensure permits, licenses, taxes, and insurances are updated and compliant.
• Prepare regular management and operational reports.
• Handle procurement for services and materials through competitive bidding.
• Liaise with government agencies for building operations.
• Implement cost control programs and energy management.
• Act as the appointed Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Certified Energy Conservation Officer (CECO) when needed.

• Education: Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent
• Experience: With a minimum of 10-years working experience in property management and administration with at least 5 years in managerial capacity.
• Skills: Familiar with Building Code and other local governing codes Knowledgeable in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection), Keen analytical abilities, Strong leadership qualities, Attention to detail, Good interpersonal skills
