Descrição:

  • Oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties.
  • Manage tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and invoices.
  • Market properties and conduct showings to prospective tenants.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field. With Engineering License/Civil Engineer is required.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in property management, maintenance, or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require on-call availability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solver, and strong organizational abilities.
