Receive and analyze Purchase Requisition forms from different Department.
Negotiate price and prepare canvass sheets.
Oversee supplier accreditation process and create PO based on the approved canvass sheets.
Follow up on the delivery of the items requested.
Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
With knowledge in Accounting System (SAP and QuickBooks)
At least 1-2 work experience specializing in Accounting and Finance functions or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using MS Office
Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
