Job Title: "QA Analyst"

Location: Makati City

Contract Duration: 6 months initial contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days RTO, 2 days WFH per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst with 5-9 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance Services team. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring high-quality software, solving problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support testing efforts for projects ranging from small enhancements to large-scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units and QA Services teams to ensure quality standards.
• Review project deliverables (requirements, specifications, design documents) for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases using risk-based testing techniques.
• Assist Agile teams in addressing complex testing challenges.
• Represent QA in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Monitor and report test execution progress, ensuring timely completion.
• Analyze code changes to assess their impact on testing.
• Identify and implement process improvements in testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce experience with previous experience in testing interactive web applications.
• Strong understanding of QA best practices, tools, and testing techniques.
• Ability to review code changes and assess testing impact.
• Solid organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in risk-based testing and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Prior experience with test automation is a plus.
• Experience with the Insurance Industry is a plus

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments.
