Descrição:

Monitor inbound and outbound telesales calls for adherence to scripts, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
Evaluate call recordings and live calls using standardized QA scorecards.
Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to agents and team leaders.
Document call performance findings and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with sales and training teams to recommend improvements in scripting, process, and training.
Conduct regular calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency across QA team.
Maintain accurate records and reports of quality performance metrics.
Stay updated with product knowledge, telesales trends, and regulatory requirements.
Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving sales quality targets.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a telesales or call center environment; QA experience preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
