  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition or sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, excellent communication skills, talent acquisition strategies, people management, and leadership development.
  • Working Conditions: Work from home with occasional office meetings
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward sourcing talent.
