What You’ll be Doing:

Your main goal is simple but ambitious — get as many quality hires as possible. Everything you do will drive toward that result. To succeed, you’ll need to be proactive, strategic, and relentless in your follow-through.

• Call and qualify high volumes of applicants daily
• Screen candidates quickly but thoroughly, ensuring they meet the right qualifications and are motivated to move forward.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates engaged, responsive, and ready for endorsement.
• Move fast and with intention: prioritize high-potential applicants, schedule interviews efficiently, and minimize time-to-hire.
• Partner closely with account managers to understand hiring targets, align on candidate profiles, and refine your approach for better results.
• Own your performance: hit daily and weekly activity goals that lead directly to hires from endorsements to interviews, to successful placements.

·      Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Mass Comm, or any related field. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.

·      Excellent communication skills — clear, warm, and confident on the phone.

·      Comfortable with digital tools (Zoom, Google Suite, job platforms, etc.).

·      Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

·      Comfortable with fast-paced, metrics-driven work.

·      Able to work independently and take ownership of results.

·      Willing to report onsite in Quezon City for final interviews, onboarding, or occasional client meetings in Metro Manila.
