Descrição:
- Work for KAV Travel and Tours, a leader in the Hospitality & Tourism industry, specializing in creating unforgettable travel experiences.
- Advise clients on travel options, customizing and booking trips per preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, destinations, and resorts.
- Handle travel issues, alterations, and last-minute changes.
- Build and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in travel software, customer service excellence, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with travel regulations and currency conversion.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential opportunities for travel. May require working outside typical business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for travel, attentiveness to detail, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
