  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively

Requisito

  • Job Title: Restaurant Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, teamwork, quality control, operations management, and excellent communication (both written and verbal).
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, manage inventory, train staff, and maintain documentation.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring adaptability to changing situations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive work atmosphere.
