Requirements
- Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing, public speaking, sales management, and customer management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage sales transactions, provide product information, maintain inventory, and meet sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
