Descrição:

  • Develops and implements strategic business plans that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Manages the division’s budget, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability.
  • Oversees daily operations, and ensures the division meets its performance and operational targets.
  • Enhances effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of appropriate systems and processes.
  • Maintains compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops a team to foster a high-performance organizational culture.
  • Liaises with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Plans and monitors the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
  • Solicits, analyzes, and responds to feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine processes.



Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering, or construction-related industries
  • Strong understanding of the Mindanao market and willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Residing in or willing to relocate in Mindanao
