JOB SUMMARY 

The SMD Admin Coordinator performs specific functions and assists in certain phases of sales operation of the department.  They are primarily responsible for supporting and monitoring the sales activities and performance of their assigned region, ensuring that the year-end financial goals and documentary requirements are met. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  •  In the absence of any team members, performs sales activities, from leads generation through closing deals on loans, membership and deposits.  
  • Supports the sales personnel by monitoring membership, loan outputs and expenses of the assigned Branches, Satellite Offices and Account Representatives .
  • Conducts research and studies relative sales. Performs market scanning in order to evaluate current competitions and recommends possible strategic plans and programs. 
  • Maintains pertinent data, statistics and other sales related information. 
  • Coordinates and works with the support teams in the regional offices as well as the Head Office for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with PSSLAI’s vision and values. 
  • Maintains solid knowledge on PSSLAI’s products and services. 
  • Takes responsibility for originating and planning sales campaigns in conjunction with the direction of the Marketing Head.  
  • Supplies relevant information to the Sales Management Head to enable effective sales strategy for specific areas of activity. 
  • Ensures that printed promotional material is distributed effectively to the assigned Branches, Satellite Offices and Account Representatives.
  • Uploads need information gathered to the SMD Database 
  • Regular sending of textblasts to members as needed or directed. 
  • Monitors the daily itinerary compliance of the Account representatives thru GPS. 
  • Monitors attendance of the Sales Personnel in the regions 
  • Checks and facilitates the liquidation and expenses of the Satellite Offices and Account representatives 
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
