Descrição:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and training to improve team performance.
  • Sales Target Setting: Set clear, measurable sales targets for the team and individual members, tracking performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities, potential clients, and emerging industry trends.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to stay on track with business goals.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure effective cross-department collaboration.
  • Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead the negotiation process for major contracts or high-value sales, ensuring the best possible terms for the company.
  • Sales Training and Development: Provide continuous training and development opportunities for the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requisito

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) may be preferred for senior positions.

Experience: Several years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is often required.
