Descrição:
- Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and distribution teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and logistics operations.
- Identify and resolve any logistical and operational issues.
- Lead and mentor the sales logistics team to achieve organizational goals.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in Logistics sales or business development roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in marketing strategies, exceptional sales techniques, strong business development acumen, effective networking, and excellent communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
