  • Leadership experience is highly preferred, but for those who have coaching experience and trainable are welcome to apply

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: College level
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales management is essential.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, teamwork, and sales support.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with some travel required for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
