• Creates and maintains good partnership with accounts in the assigned area by making consistent and regular visits adherence to schedule, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities. 
• Ensures achievement of monthly sales and productivity target.  
• Ensures all accounts are current and updated. 
• Implements the approved marketing plan in assigned area in partnership with the Trade Marketing Team.  
• Ensures coverage of direct and indirect accounts in the assigned area and completes must-have SKUs.  
• Performs visits and calls to direct and indirect accounts in the assigned area and fulfills the 5 KRAs. 
• Knows how to drive
