Represent MJM Manufacturing Corporation by showcasing our industrial products to potential clients.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the manufacturing and service industries.
Drive sales through engaging presentations, persuasive negotiations, and maintaining client relationships.
Meet regularly with prospects and existing clients to present and demonstrate product capabilities.
Provide solutions that meet clients’ operational needs and surpass expectations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1-year experience in sales or related area. Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, sales support, and sales management. Skilled at relationship building, with a strong focus on customer service. Must be competent in using CRM software like Salesforce and demonstrate keen interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions. Provide sales support and manage client accounts effectively. Work on building long-lasting customer relationships and strive to exceed sales targets.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment that may require occasional travel. Adapts to flexible working hours when necessary to meet client needs.
Qualities and Traits: Possesses strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be highly motivated, resilient, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
