Description
- Train and mentor team members on company policies and best practices.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings to coordinate tasks and schedules.
- Act as a liaison between employees and company leadership, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Oversee task execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Assess candidates' qualifications and skills during the hiring process.
- Hold one-on-one meetings with employees to review performance, track progress, and set future goals.
- Supervise daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate the company’s strategic goals to management and provide constructive performance feedback..
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (undergraduate level acceptable).
- A minor in marketing or sales is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in a managerial role.
- 1–4 years of experience in a sales role within the retail industry.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is required.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
