Descrição:

  • Manage and organize office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Support staff with various clerical duties as needed.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: With or Without experience/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
