Descrição:

  • Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle: This includes both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as parking lots and surrounding grounds.
  • Monitor security systems: This may include CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
  • Respond to incidents: This includes responding to alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies.
  • Enforce company policies: This includes enforcing rules regarding access, parking, and behavior.
  • Write reports: This includes documenting incidents, observations, and other relevant information.
  • Control crowds: This may include managing crowds at events or during emergencies.
  • Provide customer service: This includes answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with other needs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor: This includes dressing appropriately and being courteous to all individuals.
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations: This includes using proper safety equipment and following established protocols.

Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid security guard license (where required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of basic security procedures.
