ITVT Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to drive the successful execution of internal projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies, ensuring team collaboration, and optimizing workflow efficiency. As a key player in our Agile transformation, the Scrum Master will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership to ensure that internal initiatives deliver high business value.

Area of Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within internal teams.
• Ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and transparency.
• Drive the adoption of Agile best practices, optimizing team performance and efficiency.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks within internal projects.
• Promote self-organization and accountability within the team.
• Monitor and track project progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Coach teams on Agile maturity and best practices for iterative development.
• Maintain a strong focus on value delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in internal or enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate or internal setting.
• Ability to identify and remove blockers, dependencies, and organizational challenges.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Experience in coaching teams through Agile transformations.
• Background in IT, software development, or business process improvement.
• Experience in managing change within large organizations.
• Understanding of Lean principles and Agile scaling frameworks.
