• Develop tailored content strategies for each business unit (e.g., salon, gym, and other subsidiaries) to align with brand goals
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms
• Implement and execute platform-specific social media strategies
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms (including photos, videos, stories, and reels)
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and tone across all channels
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and grow all social media accounts by driving engagement and community interaction
• Assist with influencer partnerships and collaborations as needed
• Coordinate with the videographer regarding shoot schedules and requirements
• Track and analyze engagement, reach, and overall campaign performance using analytics tools
• Monitor web traffic and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns
• Recommend improvements based on data insights and marketing best practices
• Stay current with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and industry best practices

·       1-2 years in a similar role

·       Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising

·       Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

·       Experience in managing multiple social media accounts or brands

·       Strong creative and visual sense; basic photo/video editing skills are a plus

·       Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and analytics dashboards

·       Excellent writing, communication, and community management skills

·       Passion for beauty, fitness, and lifestyle content is highly preferred

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
