Descrição:
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze system requirements and collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure complete understanding of features and business logic.
- Accurately log, track, and manage defects through defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Perform system validations, user flow testing, and basic data integrity checks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear documentation of test results and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Support or participate in test automation initiatives if applicable.
Requisito
- Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's degree (IT or related field)
- At least 4 years of experience in QA testing
- With experience testing systems in the banking or financial domain
- Willing to work full onsite
- Can start ASAP
