Descrição:

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate and explain mobile phones, accessories, and gadgets.
  • Handle sales transactions; basic cashiering experience is an advantage.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays.
  • Receive, unpack, and manage inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Address customer concerns and provide basic problem-solving assistance.
  • Assist in promotions and marketing activities.
  • Follow company policies and security procedures.

Requisito

  • At least High School graduate or college level
  • Retail experience in mobile phones or electronics is an advantage.
  • Good customer service and people skills.
  • Good communication and sales ability.
  • Passion for selling and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit for standing long hours and handling inventory.
