• Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and disputes.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

• Implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
• Assist in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
• Identify and address performance issues and development needs.
• Organizational Development

• Preferably 1-5 years experience in similar capacity

• Handle people
