• The Technical Support Group Officer provides engineering and technical assistance to internal departments, clients, and field operations.
• The role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, supports project implementation, manages documentation, and facilitates the continuous improvement of engineering systems and services.
• In-charge of the programming, Testing and Commissioning aspect of the project cycle.
• In-charge of the training of the client for Project Turn-over.
• In-charge of coordinating with suppliers in terms of technical queries
• Conduct periodic site visits to assess technical performance and provide engineering support.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in coordination with engineering and field teams.
• Support project teams in technical evaluations, system testing, and product implementation.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of technical support procedures and diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with engineering software and systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Willing to travel or be assigned to field locations, if required
