Descrição:

Provides technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with products or services, via phone, email, or chat. 

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. 

Experience Level: At least 6 months of TSR experience or Technical background; training will be provided. 

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, technical skills. 

Working Conditions: Office environment, possible remote work options, standard working hours. 

Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, excellent people skills, and adaptability.
