Descrição:

  • A Telesales Representative drives sales revenue through effective outbound calling and customer relationship management. They also generate sales and foster customer loyalty by closing deals and building rapport over the phone.
  • Initiating and pre-qualifying prospects over the phone covering New, Dormant, and Selected Existing Accounts, focusing on the following Business Units (BU): Commercial Software Services & Training, IT Security (Sophos), Volume Sales, Devices & Rentals.
  • Use the SPIN Selling technique to understand customer requirements further and close the sale.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and responses to products & after-sales service via CRM.
  • Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products/solutions offered by the identified business unit.
  • Answering customers' questions on products/solutions/services offer.
  • Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the internal department to fulfill client needs.
  • Meeting target quotas, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Create and update activity reports covering the number of calls, leads, customers, sales, and other pertinent information that are essential in monitoring sales progress.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
