Descrição:

The Live Seller is responsible in promoting sales lift through live selling activities, promotes engagement, boost followers and positive product feedback in Tiktok Platform.



Live Selling & Product Presentation

  • Host live selling sessions on TikTok, showcasing products to viewers in an engaging and dynamic manner.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits in a way that highlights value and encourages purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare well-organized, entertaining, and informative live streams to maintain viewer engagement and interest.


Audience Engagement & Interaction

  • Actively engage with viewers during live streams by responding to comments, answering questions, and addressing concerns in real-time.
  • Foster a sense of community and connection with your audience, encouraging participation and interaction.
  • Build and grow a loyal following by creating authentic and enjoyable content that resonates with viewers.


Sales Strategy

  • Promote and drive sales through live product showcases, encouraging immediate purchases.
  • Provide clear instructions for purchasing products, including links or calls to action for customers to follow.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by optimizing the live selling process and using effective selling techniques.


Product Knowledge and Preparation

  • Research and thoroughly understand the products you’re selling, ensuring you can confidently explain their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Prepare for live streams by organizing the products, setting up a visually appealing background, and ensuring all equipment is ready.


Performance Tracking and Feedback

  • Monitor live stream performance metrics, including viewer count, engagement rates, and sales conversions.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of live sessions and suggest improvements to enhance future streams.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the timing and frequency of live sessions to maximize audience reach.

Requisito

Educational Attainment

  • SHS Graduate, Fresh Graduate, or Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field.

Experience Required

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in E-Commerce or retail customer service.
