TikTok Shop Partner (Filipino-Chinese | Bilingual: Mandarin & Filipino)

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Partner who is fluent in Mandarin and Filipino and preferably of Filipino-Chinese heritage to help manage and grow our presence on TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for product posting, chat support, and seamless communication with both Chinese and Filipino-speaking clients and teams.

• Manage and maintain TikTok Shop listings and customer service
• Act as a liaison between Chinese suppliers and Filipino teams
• Translate and communicate messages accurately (Mandarin Filipino)
• Assist in TikTok Live selling or operations if needed
• Provide daily updates to management

• Must know how to speak and write in both Mandarin and Filipino
• Preferably half-Chinese, half-Filipino or fluent in both cultures
• Experience in e-commerce platforms or TikTok Shop is a plus
• Strong communication and typing skills in both languages
• Ability to coordinate with Chinese suppliers and local team members
• Must be organized, responsive, and proactive
