• リレーションシップ・マネジメント：クリエイターとの強固な信頼関係を構築し、継続的なサポートと指導を提供します。
• トレーニングと育成：クリエイターのスキル向上や視聴者の拡大を支援するため、トレーニングやリソースを提供します。
• コンテンツレビュー：クリエイターのコンテンツが品質基準を満たし、エージェンシーのガイドラインに適合しているか定期的に確認します。
• ソーシャルメディアマネジメント：エージェンシーおよびクリエイターのソーシャルメディアプレゼンスを監督し、視聴者との一貫性のある魅力的なコミュニケーションを確立します。

Responsibilities:

• Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard talented live streamers and content creators.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Training and Development: Provide training and resources to help creators enhance their skills and grow their audience.
• Content Review: Regularly review creators’ content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the agency’s guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the agency’s and creator's social media presence and ensure consistent, engaging communication with the audience.
• Community Building: Foster a positive and supportive community among creators.
